during cutting procedure will be eliminated because of the strong support.
- Cast Iron Bandwheels
Made by a high-class cast iron with the huge diameter to drive the saw blade.
lInverter-Controlled Blade Speed
Use the precise inverter (Telemecanique brand) to cooperate with 15HP blade motor, the blade
speed can be adjusted from 15m/min to 80m/min stepless in accordance with the different cutting
speeds requirement for various material characteristics.
l Hydraulic Tungsten Carbide Blade Guide
Hydraulic controlled tungsten carbide blade guide clamp the blade securely. Convenient to control the motion on the control panel. The groove shaped design ensures the cutting fluid to pass through the blade guide and the blade, then gets into the cutting area of the material, thus the full cooling condition can be achieved and it extends the saw blade life.
l Hydraulic-Controlled Blade Tension Device
The blade tension is hydraulic controlled. In addition, when the machine is not in use, the tension can be released to a slacken condition to avoid elastic fatigue.
l Hydraulic Driven Guide Arm
The hydraulic driven guide arm allows the user to position the guide arm on the control panel without manual adjustment.
l Safety Consideration of the Wiring and Pipes
The conduits protect the electric wiring and the hydraulic circuit pipes.
l Safety Protection Design of the Saw Blade
The auto motion detectors are interlocked with the control system so that any abnormal conditions such as the blade slippage or breakage can be detected quickly and then the machine stops immediately.
