The PLOTTEK plate burning machine is a dual drive, low-cost, gantry style cutting machine. The basic machine includes the CNC with USB drive, 8’ longitudinal rail, Hypertherm-MAX200 Plasma System. The PLOTTEK is available in widths of 8ft. (2,438 mm) or 10ft. (3,048 mm) and is designed to cross cut these widths with the maximum of four process tools installed. Plasma Head

Oxy-Fuel

The PLOTTEK-8PO may be equipped with up to 3 oxy-fuel cutting stations, and can include motorized lifters, automatic ignitors, and automatic gas control solenoid valves. A Hi/Low Preheat Gas Control System is available for automatic switching between high and low preheat pressures.

• Automatic torch separation for ease of operator. NO BELTS.
• Intelligent algorithm to choose the number of torches to burn
• Intelligent algorithm to separate the torches to burn simultaneously
• Capable of piercing up to 4”-5” thick.
• Addition preheat torch is required for faster piercing time for thick materials.
• Torches height will be adjusted automatically to ½” away from material before cut only.
• Each torch has 2 axes of movement.
• Optional capacitive distance sensing on all torches
