These machines are configured to run with high speed punching units, marking unit and cutting unit, which will allow you to produce at a tremendously faster pace to keep the cost of operation as low as possible.

Three punching rack on each side can be customized easily. Die selecting, up-holding, feeding cushioning and reloading are all pneumatic driven. Angles are fed by CNC controlled carriage with high precision servo. These machines are also equipped with 4 groups of characters for markings and are also CNC controlled.

Powerful hydraulic power unit are design to punch, mark, and shear seemlessly. Disc cutting unit can replace the blade for higher savings while achieving higher quality cuts. This is a unique feature built into our WIN systems for higher productivity at exceptional quality.

User friendly operator interface is our trademark in the structural steel industry. User has the option of manual input from our standard software or sending the data using DXF or DSTV file format.
